Mashed Potato Casserole Serves12 to 15
5 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/4 cup margarine Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash. Add margarine , garlic powder, salt and pepper. In a small mixing bowl , beat cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Gradually add to the potatoes. Beat until well blended. Turn into buttered 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil and bake 400 F. oven for 50 t0 60 minutes.
