A. Always use a china teapot and wash with soap and water after each use.
B. Heat a pot of boiling water and pour it into your teapot just before making your tea. Let it stand for a few minutes. Pour the water out and add your tealeaves.
C. Bring to boil another pot of boiling water and pour it into your teapot.
D. Place lid on teapot and let steep for 3 to 5 min.
E. Either strain your tea into another pot or use a miniature strainer and strain into individual cups.
If your using tea bags instead of loose tea you can follow the same directions as above only instead of removing the leaves you remove the grounds.
To make a smooth tasting glass of ice tea, prepare your tea as above and pour into a large glass filled with ice.
