Serves 4
1/2 lb spaghetti, cook per instructions, drained 3 tbs. olive oil 2 eggs 1 tbs. garlic powder
Heat olive oil in medium size frying pan, cook eggs until slightly runny; add drained spaghetti. Stir. Add garlic, stir until eggs are cooked. Remove from heat and serve.
Recipe is an Italian one from the Great Depression when my mother-in-law lived in New York City.

Sounds really good an easy too. My family grew up in the later part and has a lot of recipes like that, that even when we were scrapped for money I really enjoyed the dishes. Mom always made them interesting.
This sounds like a great use for leftover cooked pasta rather than throwing it out the way I have been doing.
Thanks.
