Sweet Taragon Peppers Takes 6 weeks
1 large (1/2 gallon) Jalapeno sliced peppers, drained 6 cups sugar 1/2 cup Taragon vinegar Drain peppers, add two cups sugar and 1/2 cup taragon vinegar. Make sure lid is on tight. Let set for two weeks turning the jar upside down every two or three days. At the end of two weeks, add two more cups of sugar and let set for another two weeks, turning jar upside down every few days. Wait two weeks and add the last two cups of sugar turning jar every few days as before. Let set two more weeks and peppers are ready. Put up in smaller jars if you are willing to share. We always have several waiting around for the peppers to finish setting up. Good with just about everything.
