These are great with a cold beer OR in a salad I guess, naw, with a cold beer!
1 Doz hard boiled eggs peeled 2 cups vinegar boiling whole cloves small whole red pepper( optional) S& coarse ground pepper
Take EACH peeled egg and stick 4 whole cloves in them sides, top & bottom Place in a clean glass jar with the red pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper Pour the boiled vinegar over the eggs, place lid on tight and refrigerate for 1 month.
Hint: You can add some garlic cloves in too. Some say to add a 1/2 tsp of dry mustard but I think it makes it murky.
