Medallions: "Medaljer".
1 portion of tart dough 1 portion of vanilla creme icing sugar water
Preheat the oven. Roll out the dough very thinly, cut into round 2-3 inch circles with a glas or a pastry cutter. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake 5 minutes. Spread half of the circles with a frosting made of icing sugar and water and the other half vanilla creme and put them together.
