Millionaires or Turtles
1 package (14 ounce) light colored caramels 2 tablespoons water 2 cups chopped pecans 2 tablespoons butter 1 package chocolate bark Melt caramels in top of double boiler with the water, stirring until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in butter and pecans. Mix well & drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. I used Reynold's "Release" non stick aluminum foil. The caramels are sticky and are hard to get off the wax paper. Chill. Melt chocolate and dip caramel drops until coated. Place on wax paper to cool.
