Mexican Hash 1 and1/2 cups cooked rice 1 pound lean ground meat 1 package taco seasoning mix 1 can Jalapino pinto beans, heated 10 ounce grated cheese 1/2 canRoi-tel tomatoes 1 -8 ounce can tomato sauce Choppe lettuce,onion and tomates, separately Crumble and brown meat, drain & rinse in hot water in strainer to remove fat.Add taco seasoning. In separate saucepan or microwavable dish, heat Roi-tel tomatoes and tomato sauce. Layer on individual plates: Rice meat beans sauce lettuce tomato onion cheese
