Chile Pie 1 lb. lean ground meat 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 can chopped green chiles 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can Roi-tel tomatoes 10 ounces grated cheddar cheese 12 corn tortillas, cut in 1/4's Crumble meat and cook with the onion, drain and rinse. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a greased 9x12 casserole dish. Top with extra cheese and bake 350F. for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. For company just double the recipe. This is also good with 2 cups of cooked diced chicken instead of ground meat.
