This lasts up to about 2 months- MAKE LOTS
3-4 # head cabbage 1- med bell pepper 1 med white onion 1 jar ( small) of chopped pimentos 3/4 cup sugar ( I use the substitute stuff) 2- tsp salt 1/2 cup veg oil 1/2 cup honey 1 cup cider vinegar
Shred cabbage & finely chop veggies, set aside combine all the rest in a pan on the stove and heat to a low boil, STIR CONSTANTLY. Low boil for 2 minutes Pour this mixture over the vegetables and DO NOT STIR; Refrigerate for three days. Then mix and EAT-
