Green Bean & Corn Casserole
2 cans French cut green beans, drained 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup sour cream 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese 1 cup chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 stick margarine, melted 1 roll crushed Ritz crackers Mix beans & corn together, add soups, stir in sour cream, cheese, onions & salt. Mix all together & pour into 9x13 casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. I crush my crackers by putting them in a plastic bag & rolling over them with my rolling pin until they are crushed fairly fine. Mix crackers & melted margarine together & spread over top of green bean & corn mixture. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 F. Carlene

This is a family favorite. Whenever our family gets together, our family expects Mom to make this. It's even great leftover, if you are lucky enough to have leftovers. Ha.
