Orange Smoothie
Difficulty: Easy Prep Time: 5 minutes Yield: 4 to 6 servings
16 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate 1-ounce sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix (recommended: Jell-o) 1 (4-ounce) orange cream yogurt (recommended: Yoplait Orange Creme) 1 cup low-fat milk 3 cups ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide among glasses.
