Cake Rolls with marmelade:
25 pieces.
100 gram butter
1 decilitre sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 decilitre milch
6 decilitre (360 gram) wheat flour
3 teaspoonfull baking powder
1 whipped egg for swabbing
filled with:
apricotmarmelade
1. Mix butter and sugar in a bowl.
Mix egg and milch, flour, baking powder.
2. Put the oven at 225 degree (Celcius).
Cut the dough in 4 parts.
Roll the parts one by one, 2-3 centimetre thick.
Cut in triangles, 8 centrimetre X 12 centrimetre.
Put 1/2 teaspoonfull apricotmarmelade at each, and roll it.
Put the rolls at a plate in the oven.
Swabb with eggs and bake in the oven about 10 minutes, until the rolls are light brown.
