Fried Cabbage
8 slices bacon, diced 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded In a large skillet, fry bacon & onion over medium heat until bacon is done. Do not drain bacon drippings. Add cabbage. Do not add water. Cook over medium low heat until cabbage is tender, stirring occassionally. Great with pinto beans and cornbread.

I love cabbage and this recipe sounds really good. Defintely going to try it!

;D This is great with Bratwurst. Probably my favorite cabbage recipe of all time. The bacon really is the finishing touch.
