Chicken Enchilada Casserole
1 large can (12.50z.) chicken breasts, drain and save broth 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 small can ( 4 oz.) diced green chilies broth from chicken 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 12 corn tortillas, cut in fourths Mix soup, green chiles, broth, sour cream and 1/2 the cheese together in a large bowl. Stir in chicken and tortillas. Top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes.

;D This is one of my favorites. Great for a no fuss company dinner or to take to potlucks or family reunions. Everyone in our family loves this one.
