EAAAAAAAASY-
1) one head of elephant garlic or two BIG heads of garlic 2) Brie cheese chunk, as much as you like 3) loaf of round sourdough bread
Preheat oven 350 F. Wrap the heads of garlic in tin foil and bake for one hour. Remove and heat bread for 5 minutes at 400 F. remove. Nuke Brie till it gets a little soft.
To serve- Spread a garlic clove ( CLOVE) on a piece of the warm bread.(baked garlic spreads). Then spread a piece of the brie over that. Then consume with a glass of red wine or a nice Belgium Pilsner. Hint: make sure you get straight brie not the one that is herbed.
